Amber Frascella, APRN, created Alive Health Collective after years caring for patients in emergency, trauma, and critical care settings. With 7 years of frontline nursing experience, she brings strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and advanced IV therapy skills to every visit.

Her own path with GLP-1 weight management and hormone support for conception reshaped how she viewed wellness care. She experienced the cost, confusion, and emotional weight firsthand, and felt driven to build a more accessible, affordable, and compassionate option for adults across Connecticut.

Today, Amber combines evidence-based medicine with genuine empathy, helping clients feel heard, informed, and supported as they work toward feeling alive again.
